Register for Assistive Technology Transition Summit -
The T/TAC at Virginia Tech & TechKnowledgy - VDOE's AT Network will be hosting a hybrid panel discussion around the transition process for students with disabilities that use assistive technology from secondary to post-secondary institutions (primarily 2 and 4-year colleges). Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions for panelists to respond to. Panelists will include institutional representatives from:
- Virginia Tech (including a current student that uses AT)
- The University of Virginia
- George Mason University
- Southern Virginia University
- Tidewater Community College
- Loudoun County Public Schools
- The Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitation Services (DARS)
Target Audience: Secondary students, educators, school administrators, related service providers, and families.
Registration is free and open now! Registration will close on Friday, Nov. 18.
