Parents interested in developing leadership, communication, and relationships skills to improve life and supports for your child as well as other families in your area.

This application is for parents and professionals interesting in attending PEATC's 2016 PACL BASIC Training. Meals, hotel accommodations, and mileage reimbursements are provided to all confirmed attendees, so apply early.

PLEASE NOTE!! SEATING WILL BE LIMITED
• You MUST receive a confirmation to attend this event
- Confirmed Staunton attendees will be notified NO LATER THAN June 3, 2016.
- Confirmed Chesapeake attendees will be notified NO LATER THAN July 22, 2016.
• You must commit to participating in the entire training
