The Transition Coordinator Community of Practice is a virtual series of events to support Transition Coordinators and Specialists in Region 4. It provides coordinators an opportunity to come together as a group to:
Engage in joint activities and discussions surrounding post-secondary transition
- Develop a shared repertoire of resources, tools, and methods to further develop and enhance transition programs and practices
- Help each other and share information
- Serve the life-long learning needs of students with disabilities
Sessions are held the second Thursday of each month from 1:00-2:00 and the third Wednesday of the month from 3:00-4:00.
