Loudoun County Public Schools Department, Department of Pupil Services is sponsoring this Mental Health & Wellness Conference.
A free event for parents and community members
Includes: Concurrent breakout sessions, presentations by school, community, and regional experts; resource fair, and more. This will include a screening of LIKE, a documentary about the impact of social media on our lives. (This special screening will address the impact social media has on student mental health.) Dr. Edward Spector, one of just a handful of clinical psychologists in the country who specializes in the treatment of compulsive use of technology, will provide an informative breakout session on the “Healthy Use of Technology” and lead a Q&A after the screening!
