Wings for All

Description:

Wings for All is designed to alleviate some of the stress that families who have a child with a disability experience when traveling by air. The program provides families with the opportunity to practice entering the airport, obtain boarding passes, go through security and board a plane. Wings for All also gives airport, airline, Transportation Security Administration professionals and other personnel the opportunity to observe, interact and deliver their services in a structured, learning environment. This event is FREE but preregistration is required. 

Please complete this form for all individuals that will be participating in the Wings for All® event on March 17, 2018 at Dulles International Airport (IAD). Participants will be boarding the aircraft at 9:00 AM, but we ask that you arrive at the airport at 8:00 AM to allow ample time to check-in and pass through security. A small reception will follow for all participants and family members after they deboard the plane. 

Individuals 18 years old and over are required to bring a valid form of government-issued ID to be allowed through security.

Two individuals with disabilities are allowed to attend per family with up to 3 family members/support staff accompaning them to the event.
