1. Increased understanding of the Vocational Rehabilitation process and transition services including a distinction between pre-employment transition services and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
2. Increased understanding of why, when, and how students and youth can access pre-employment transition services and/or VR services.
3. Increased understanding of what an Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) includes and the role students, youth, and parents play in the development of the IPE.
4. Increased understanding of key considerations and increased knowledge of important and often used jargon related to transition.
