2019 Parent Institute- Danville, VA (PEATC & VDOE)
Description:
PEATC's Parent Institute is a great opportunity for Virginia Parents to gather, collaborate, grow, and learn together.
This event is free, but more importantly, this training opportunity gives participants a chance to engage directly with the presenters who are leaders in their fields.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Parents who are new to the Special Education process interested in taking the next steps towards collaborating as parent leaders.
There are a limited number of spots available for each training so please register early.
Lodging and meals included to accepted applicants. We encourage all participants to stay overnight in the provided lodging in order to have time to network with others and receive valuable respite.
You must receive a confirmation from the PEATC office (not just Eventbrite) and commit to participating in the entire training to attend this event.
