Register for Region 5 Transition Conference -
FREE! Join your Region 5 Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC) and the Center on Transition Innovations (CTI) for a full-day transition conference at James Madison University. This refresher will provide an overview of the transition process, explore transition assessments, discuss post-secondary goals, highlight family and student involvement, and link you with further support and resources.
This conference is limited to the first 100 registrants. This is a FREE event open to Region 5 special educators.
