The transition strategies presented in this manual address the challenges that children, families, educators, and community providers face when working with students who have sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Research on transition has
shown a variety of practices to be effective for students with a range of disabilities. This manual describes many of those practices and recommends strategies to adapt practices for students with TBI.
