By implementing strategies in the coaching focus areas, educators can enhance student participation, engagement, and independence, creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
ACE coaching is:
- Classroom-Level Support Coaching directly addresses the teacher's classroom challenges and goals
- Short-term Bi-weekly or weekly coaching cycles
- Targeted Action-focused goals to support implementation of an identified coaching skill or practice
- Individualized Customized learning path to support training in identified focus areas
- Remote or In-Person Coaching sessions provided in-person and remote
