Among children with combined vision and hearing loss (deafblindness), cortical visual impairment (CVI) is the most common condition of visual impairment.  This session of CVI for the TVI and Other Professionals will focus on the unique implications of cortical visual impairment among children and youth with combined vision and hearing loss, with a major focus on applying best practices from the field of deafblindness to the unique identification, assessment, and intervention needs of students with CVI. Earn 2.5 continuing education crdits by watching Parts 1 and 2 and completing an online quiz.
