- Fact Sheet: New Rule on the Accessibility of Web Content and Mobile Apps Provided by State and Local Governments (April 8, 2024)
- On April 24, 2024 – Dept. of Justice (DOJ) issued final rule modifying the ADA to address the accessibility of web content and mobile apps by adopting accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
