Description:
This session will focus on the post-secondary offerings available to individuals with disabilities at the Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) in Fishersville, VA. These assessment, transition, and Career and Technical Education programs are made possible through joint funding with the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). It will also focus on the unique history of Virginia’s first and only comprehensive vocational rehabilitation center for individuals with disabilities.
