Sign up for the Self-Paced Indicator 13 Bootcamp - This professional learning session is designed for secondary special education teachers to strengthen their understanding and implementation of effective, transition planning aligned with Indicator 13. Participants will learn how to create transition plans that prepare students with disabilities for postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. The session includes hands-on application using existing transition plans and provides five professional learning hours with a certificate of participation upon completion.
