Register for Know Your Rights - Medicaid Denial and Appeals - Obtaining Medicaid can be complex, and often, families are unclear as to their rights if a Medicaid application or service is denied. Join John Cimino, from the DisAbility Law Center of Virginia, as he discusses Medicaid members' rights when denied Medicaid benefits or when their Medicaid-funded services are denied, reduced, or revoked. Attendees will learn what Medicaid decisions they can appeal, how to initiate an appeal, and what to expect during a Medicaid Fair Hearing.
