More Information and Registration for Creating a Disability-Inclusive Workforce - To celebrate the anniversaries of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) and the Job Accommodation Network (JAN) are hosting a discussion on the significance of accommodations in achieving the goals of the Rehabilitation Act and the ADA and how they contribute to creating inclusive workplaces.
The primary goals of the Rehabilitation Act and ADA include promoting full participation, equal opportunity, independent living and economic self-sufficiency for everyone. These laws form the foundation of disability inclusion in the United States.
