Register for Campus to Classroom: Retaining Novice Teachers Through Mentoring with Higher Education Partners - Teacher retention is a main Partners concern for administrators, and mentoring is one support that can help teachers remain in the profession. This virtual event will discuss how William & Mary's TTAC piloted a mentoring program in a school division to support novice teachers. Participants will hear a variety of perspectives from TTAC staff and novice classroom teachers, identify ways to bolster mentoring supports in their settings, and brainstorm ideas to build stronger partnerships with their higher education colleagues.
