Enroll Now! Collaboration 101 - Each self-paced HLP professional learning session is offered at no cost to Virginia public school educators and provides 3–5 hours of professional learning. The HLP sessions guide teachers step by step through the implementation of specific HLPs with videos that model exemplar teacher behaviors, classroom ready resources shared, and discussion posts to engage with other educators throughout the states.

By the end of this session, you will:

• Identify education professionals with whom you collaborate. 
• Understand effective communication skills.
• Learn the importance of identifying roles and responsibilities with co-teachers and paraprofessionals.
• Understand co-planning models and ways to plan with co-teachers and paraprofessionals.
• Have resources strategies that engage paraprofessionals. 
• Gain access to resources that will facilitate planning and collaboration. 
• Observe exemplar teachers engage in collaboration.
