For Stakeholders from Region 4 - Compliant secondary transition planning and services leads to positive post-high school outcomes in education/training, employment, and independent living. During this professional learning opportunity engage with Transition Coordinators, Special Education Teachers, General Education Teachers and Administrators to discuss critical components of quality transition planning and services, the 8 criteria that must be present in an IEP to be compliant with Indicator 13, and address 8 Indicator 13 checklist questions.
