The CTI at VCU and TTAC at GMU collaborated to develop a Transition Taxonomy 2.0 + High Leverage Practice (HLP) resource that shares professional learning opportunities, evidence-based resources, and teacher and family ready materials in one place! Based on NTACT-C (2016) Transition Taxonomy’s five areas of student focused planning, student development, interagency collaboration, family collaboration, and program development, transition professionals and teachers can easily locate relevant research-based materials to achieve their goals.
