Virginia Deafblind Professionals Learning Community Registration - The Virginia Deafblind Professionals Learning Community (PLC) is a group of professionals working with students with vision and hearing loss who seek a community to actively engage in learning, problem-solving, and exploring best practices.   In the PLC, everyone brings expertise, curiosity, and an open mind to exploring new ideas and solutions. Together, we will improve practices, outcomes, and systems for our students.  PLCs will revolve around a central focus over one year.
