Description:
This webinar will provide information and share resources to assist schools and school divisions in looking at data, identifying barriers to attendance, and delivering interventions to reduce and eliminate Chronic Absenteeism. Both Lunenburg County and Smyth County will share effective strategies they have implemented in their divisions to improve attendance and boost their accreditation rating in the Chronic Absenteeism calculation. In addition, a Chronic Absenteeism Review tool will be introduced to assist schools in this work.
