Sign up for the Self-Paced Indicator 13 Bootcamp - This professional learning session is designed for secondary special education teachers to strengthen their understanding and implementation of effective, I transition planning aligned with Indicator 13. Participants will learn how to create transition plans that prepare students with disabilities for postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. The session includes hands-on application using existing transition plans and provides five professional learning hours with a certificate of participation upon completion.
