As increasing numbers of educators and students move to virtual learning during this time of social distancing due to COVID-19, join representatives from the U.S. Department of Education's Student Privacy Policy Office (SPPO) for a webinar to review some frequently asked questions on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and implications for distance learning due to school closures.
