Search SOL Enhanced Scope and Sequence

Please note: The Standards of Learning (SOL) and the accompanying Enhanced Scope and Sequence (ESS) and Enhanced Scope and Sequence Plus (ESS+) lessons are in the process of being revised according to the following schedule:

• Implementation of the 2010 English SOL is anticipated during the 2012-2013 school year.
• Implementation of the 2010 Science SOL is anticipated during the 2012-2013 school year.
• The History and Social Science SOL ESS+ lessons are beginning to be posted on the SOL+ Documents > History/Social Science page (see the left margin). ESS lessons are available on the VDOE website or a link is available on the SOL+ Documents > History/Social Science page (see left margin).
  The History/Social Science ESS+ Lessons cannot be searched here at this time. (Fall 2011) The individual ESS+ lessons will be posted as they become available.
• The Mathematics Enhanced Scope and Sequence Sample Lesson Plans are now available on the VDOE website (December 2011) at: http://www.doe.virginia.gov/testing/sol/scope_sequence/mathematics_2009/index.php
